• Our merch is dropshipped from various USA locations and all of our mushroom goods are shipped from Detroit, MI.

• Orders usually go out within 5 business days.

• You’ll get a tracking link once your gear is on the move.

• We are not liable for delays once it leaves our hands. The postal gods take over from there.

Returns

• No refunds on opened products (we’re not reselling your experiments).

• If we messed up (wrong product, damaged gear), email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it fast.
